pub enum Act {
Move {
folder: String,
},
Archive,
Junk,
Flag,
Read,
Trash,
Keyword {
name: String,
},
Unknown,
}Expand description
What a filter does to a message that matches, on its server.
Variants§
Move
Into one of its account’s folders, named as you read it (“Banque”, “Factures/2026”) or as its server does (“INBOX.Banque”).
Archive
Into its account’s archive, whatever its server calls it (“Archive”, Gmail’s “All Mail”), as the Archive button does: out of the inbox, kept.
Junk
Spam: marked $Junk and moved into its account’s Junk folder, as the
Junk button does, but with no line in the spam filter’s label log: a
filter is no word of yours on that one message.
Flag
Flagged: important, to follow.
Read
Marked read.
Trash
Into the trash, and kept there: never deleted for good.
Keyword
An IMAP keyword, which other mail programs show as a tag (“$label1”, “Factures”).
Unknown
An action this Sioul does not know: the filter waits until it is changed.
Implementations§
Source§impl Act
impl Act
pub fn id(&self) -> &'static str
Sourcepub fn of(id: &str, name: &str) -> Act
pub fn of(id: &str, name: &str) -> Act
An action from its id and what it names (a folder, a keyword).
Sourcepub fn problem(&self) -> Option<&'static str>
pub fn problem(&self) -> Option<&'static str>
What keeps it from being done, as a message id; none when it can be.
Sourcepub fn said(&self, tr: &Translator) -> String
pub fn said(&self, tr: &Translator) -> String
The action in words: “into “Banque””, “marked read”; one still to finish (its folder not chosen yet), said so.
