○ It waits out of sight, and comes when a time it may come in begins.

Never

– Never told; what Sioul keeps stays in its place, a message or a call never let through.

= Always through’s row: as their own row says.

Through

☆ Always through’s row, on a layer: the layer does not hold them; their own row’s times do.
