a bulk import goes on here (a phone’s first import of its texts, or one
it fell behind in), so that no full round restating every record starts
meanwhile (IMPORT_ROUND_SIZE). On 8 October 2026 a first import of
10 MB of texts made six full rounds, 63 MB in all, each sent twice.
