The sealed files this computer put in the folder (blobs/<name>), by
name, and the size it sealed each at: what it sends to the server itself
beside the sync app (remote::send), whole, and nothing else of blobs/.
Asked before each send: as this process last wrote or read files.json
while it is still that file (MINE), else from that part of the file
alone, the rest passed over, never built (on a phone, tens of thousands
of the texts’ entries).
