What each list format 1 sends whole holds now in the files format 2
divides otherwise, by format 2’s names (Memory::lists): an element a
list no longer holds is noted as taken out at the clock of the list’s
last word here (this device’s or another’s), until a list holds it again.
While this device writes format 1, after each exchange and before the
switch renames its memory.
