A new file for this computer, opening on every entry it holds the last word on, with their clocks; entries taken out long ago are forgotten. A file sealed apart missing from the folder (taken out there by hand) is put back first. cut: the round before lost lines (its file cut short, or found without a line), which a reader that had not read them waits for until a full round restates all.
