The names of a keyed list’s elements (their local fields taken out), in
their order. Format 1: as by says, or the element itself. Format 2
(Keyed::ids): each element’s own id; one without (made by hand), or
whose id another element of the list holds too, by the id derived from
the key format 1 named it by (derived): a stable key, which changing
what the element holds does not change for a session (its start, task
and project), and the same on every device. Elements format 1 named
alike are one entry, as they were in format 1.
