The drafts’ folder. A draft taken out on one device (sent, or thrown away)
while another changed it, each unaware of the other, stays taken out on
every device, whichever came later; the change made meanwhile is kept
among that device’s earlier versions (review of 5 October 2026, F22: a
draft sent could come back, and be sent twice). Each record of a draft
names the version it replaced (Change::b), and each device keeps every
version of a draft it met (Memory::drafts): a change of a change of the
version sent loses too (sent_meanwhile). An older Sioul’s records name
none: the later word wins, as before.
