Function tidy

Source
pub fn tidy(memory: &Path, folder: &Path, own: &str)
Expand description

What is no longer needed in the cache, gone, without the network: this device’s own files (never fetched, never read from there), records the synced folder caught up with, entries and notes the same as the folder’s and, the backup switched off, all of them; records longer than the folder’s stay until it catches up (read past its end here, a records’ file gone would read as cut, and the doses would doubt for hours). Sealed files fetched for a note waiting (fetch_wanted) go once it is written, once the synced folder holds them, or after a few days.
