This device’s own files in the folder (MIRROR), by their path in it, in
the order they go up: its records, its notes to the others, its claims,
its entry (it says how far its records went), then the sealed files it
made (in blobs/, not fetched). A large sealed file on a slow line never
holds back the records, the doses’ answers among them; a record naming a
sealed file not there yet is read as a sync app’s late copy is: the
others wait for it (docs/database.md, “Coming in”).
