Where an account’s files are on its server, Nextcloud’s way
(…/remote.php/dav/files/<user>/, the user as the server names it in its
principal), from the address its calendars were found at; none for a
server of another kind. On that server only: a principal named on another
is refused (SyncError::Elsewhere), since every request there would carry
the account’s login.
