The copy fetched for the sharing folder folder, read beside it from now
on in this process (overlay), when there is one for it: its state names
this folder, and what was fetched was fetched under this folder’s seal
(the cache’s seal.toml, written when the server’s was found the same).
Cheap when nothing changed; nothing of it needs the network. Returns it.
