Expand description

Tells the server the collections renamed here (PROPPATCH, RFC 4918 §9.2), and deletes those deleted here (RFC 4918 §9.6), only when the server holds nothing in them either: one filled elsewhere meanwhile comes back. One refused, the others are still told; the first refusal is returned.
