A multiget answered in this long or more is slow: the next batch of that
collection is half as large (one item at least). A batch of 50 events with
their attachments, or of 50 cards with their photos, on a weak signal, can
take longer than a request may (BUDGET): asked again whole, it would fail
again at every sync.
