A person’s state, for all their addresses and numbers (a contact card’s
chooser): their card on one list (contact:<UID>), or on none
(standing none: their categories decide), and the own entries of their
addresses and numbers taken out, so that the card decides for all of
them. A card without a UID gets its addresses and numbers written one by
one instead.
