Function ties 

fn ties(w: &Codes, gap: &[char], giving: bool) -> bool

Whether what stands between a phrase and a code ties them: spaces, a colon, “is” or “est”. After “your code”, a colon or one of these words at least: “votre code postal : 54390” gives no code.
