The days from from to to, each with what it held and how it went:

• tasks by the minutes worked on them that day (their sessions); a task completed that day without any session at all, by its length as planned (corrected, else its estimate, else default_estimate);
• time noted for a project alone, as a usual item;
• events by their length, their own ratings, else “usual”;
• meals, naps and sleep never (they are needs, G4).

A task’s ratings are those said after it that day when there are some, else those the plan uses (FeltIndex). Days with nothing are left out.
