Leaves one occurrence of a repeating event out (EXDATE), in the form DTSTART is written. One changed already (RECURRENCE-ID: moved by a drag in the agenda, or by another application) goes with its change: its own VEVENT is taken out, and the time it replaced in the series is left out.
