fn pulls_alone(folder: &Path) -> bool

On a phone, beside a sync app, Sioul’s own pull from the server working (remote::State::pulls_well: the backup on, the folder confirmed there, the last pull through): the other devices’ news come from it alone, the sync app neither asked to look nor waited for, before or after a send (docs/android.md, “In the background”). A pull that fails, or the backup switched off, and the sync app is asked as before.
