The do-not-disturb on every device, as its module reads it
(everywhere::moment: {on, why, until, until_at, line…}), handed after
each of its changes, here or from another device, and when first read in
a process. The same as last time: nothing. With the window’s Porch and
plan, the card is made again; without (a receiver alone), the card on disk
gets its do-not-disturb lines alone, the rest as Sioul last saw it.
