Each minute, from the computer you are at: a block’s heads-up about the work, heads_up minutes before it (“No new big task”), with “Later”; then one at its time. Two at most, each once, only near its time; none while an event goes on, none for a block quiet or taken out that day. Its name and time only: safe to be read by someone else (docs/health.md).
